G206 is a Standard Unit: A Standard Unit is a clean, comfortable condominium with basic amenities.

This luxury 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with bright Caribbean colors and island-style décor is one of the closest to the beach.  A three- to four-minute delightful walk from the door to the best beach on Sanibel takes you to the Gulf of Mexico, great shelling, frequent dolphin sightings, and breathtaking sunsets.

Over-looking a beautifully landscaped courtyard, this condo sleeps 6. The master bedroom, in tropical colors, is equipped with a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet, ceiling fan and a flat-screen TV.  The master bath includes a shower/tub with glass doors.  At the other end of the condo is the colorful, spacious second bedroom and bath.  This bedroom has two full-size beds, a TV, a walk-in closet, and a ceiling fan.  Its bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass doors.

The wall-to-wall carpet throughout the condo is accented by “driftwood look” flooring in the hallway, kitchen and bathrooms.  The brightly colored, open space living room/dining room areas comfortably seat 6 people.  The unit features an en-suite full-size washer and dryer and a fully-equipped kitchen that has everything an aspiring chef would need.  Beach chairs are provided for guests, as well as free WIFI.  

All guests are given a personal parking space and are invited to use the large heated pool, the clubhouse and the Weber gas grills in the area just outside the clubhouse. Amenities also include two professional sized tennis courts and free usage of kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards for use in the bayou to see manatees, fish jumping, osprey, pelicans, herons and egrets. Please note that all Blind Pass units are non-smoking.

There are no words to describe this beautiful island—you have to see it for yourself.  We welcome you to paradise.

The housekeeping staff adheres to a rigorous and detailed cleaning protocol to keep our visitors safe and rentals clean. Our guests can rest assured that our condos are cleaned and sanitized for their protection so that they can truly relax and enjoy Sanibel Island.
