There are new 43-inch (Living + Master) and 32-inch HDTVs in all rooms as well as a DVD player and secure WIFI in the unit. The beach closet is fully stocked with all the required beach equipment (beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, beach coolers). Full-size washer/dryer in the condo. The unit offers a private and quiet screened lanai that was also renovated. The covered parking is located right next to the porch for easy access/unloading and loading.
