Meet the staff at Blind Pass Condos: Nancy, Tayla and Billy!

Our staff truly cares about the guests and families that come to stay with us. They are friendly, knowledgable and ready to help make your family vacation the best that it can be!

Nancy - Rental Manager
After working for 30 years in New England at Lesley University and then the University of Rhode Island, Nancy decided to make the move to Sunny Florida in 2022 and work in the field of hospitality. She worked at Royal Shell vacations for about 3 years as the Guest Service Manager and then as an Owner Relations Manager. Nancy's whole family lives in Florida, her son and daughter are both in the Fort Myers area and sister and her husband live on Sanibel. In her free time she loves to walk on the gorgeous beaches of Sanibel and enjoy time with her family.

Tayla - Quality Inspector
Tayla is a familiar face to many visitors at Blind Pass. She started as a part-time weekend inspector here six years ago, and for the past five years, has been the Quality Inspector working closely with housekeeping staff and owners to prepare our accommodations for guests. Tayla has more than a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. She was born and raised in Cape Coral, where she continues to reside today – in the house originally owned by her grandmother -- with partner Brian and son Grayson. Tayla grew up spending many family vacations on Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach. In her free time, she enjoys riding off-road (SxS) with her family, putting her “green thumb” to work collecting and raising plants, and relaxing in the Florida sun.  

Billy - Maintenance
Billy first visited Sanibel while on vacation 30 years ago. Originally from New Jersey, Billy ran a warehouse for 16 years and worked for UPS for a decade. He's been living in the area now for five years, most recently working as a groundskeeper at Shell Point, at Jerry's on Sanibel prior to the hurricane, and then assisting with island cleanup after the storm. Billy always travels with his fishing poles in the back of his car, and when on island, loves to find a painted shell or look up and see an eagle eyeing its next meal. He also enjoys treasure-hunting at Fleamasters Fleamarket and local thrift stores.
