What if I booked though an outside rental company?

Blind Pass has an on-site rental department that helps guests find the perfect unit for their family vacation and can answer any questions about our complex and Sanibel Island. Our knowledgable and friendly staff works from the Clubhouse located by the pool. Our hours of operation are: Monday - Saturday: 9am - 4pm.

Some of the units at Blind Pass are managed by outside rental companies. If you made a reservation with another rental company and have questions about your future stay, please contact them directly with any questions you may have. The Blind Pass rental department can not change a reservation or issue any refunds for reservations made through an outside rental company.

No Smoking or Vaping Policy

Smoking/Vaping is strictly prohibited inside units, on lanais/patios, or on walkways in front of units. Smoking/Vaping also is not allowed in any common area, including the pool deck. There is one dedicated smoking area on the property, located next to the barbecue grills. If it is determined that someone smoked/vaped inside a unit, an additional $300 cleaning/deodorizing fee will be charged to the credit card on file used to make your deposit.
