Blind Pass C207 is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse condominium that overlooks the pool and tropical grounds of one of Sanibel's most family-friendly compounds. A short walk through the famous Bowman's Beach State Park leads you to one of the most breathtaking beaches on all of Sanibel and Captiva.

A short walk up a flight of stairs to the 2nd floor brings you to C-207. This is a 2-story townhouse. The main level features the kitchen, living & dining room, a half-bath, laundry area, and screened lanai, while the master and guest bedroom and baths are located upstairs.

The fully-equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and ample storage. All cooking utensils are provided for you. You just need to bring groceries! A pass-through bar from the kitchen opens up to the dining room, which seats 6 comfortably. Also supplied are a beach cart, cooler, chairs, and a beach umbrella. 

The living room features a flat-panel TV and plantation shutters, along with terrific views of the pool and clubhouse area.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a King bed, flat panel tv, plantation shutters and en-suite bath with shower, and a screened lanai overlooking the grounds. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, plantation shutters and a bathroom. Downstairs in the living room is a Sleeper Sofa. 

Blind Pass features an outdoor heated pool, 2 tennis courts, a pickleball court (paddles provided), a clubhouse with wi-fi, grills, complimentary canoes, and covered parking.

A short stroll through Bowman's Beach Park leads you to the most pristine and expansive stretch of beach on Sanibel. Shelling, fishing, swimming, and sunbathing abound! Unit C207 is 465 yards / 9-minute walk to the beach.
