F102 is an Enhanced Unit, which has undergone major renovations and is equipped with all appliances within hospitality industry standards for life expectancy. Enhanced Units have up-to-date furnishings, including mattresses, throughout and are well appointed.


Blind Pass Condos at Bowman's Beach F102:

F102 is a two bedroom, two bath, ground floor unit. It is one of the closest units to award-winning Bowman’s Beach on Sanibel’s west end. Within walking distance is Bowman’s Beach Park with ADA beach access, exercise trails, and a playground.

This unit is well appointed to meet all of your travel needs.

Master bedroom: has an en suite bath with a king-size bed, a TV, and a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a seat and grab bar.
Second bedroom: has a hall bath with a sliding barn door that converts the space to an en suite bath. The bedroom has two queen beds, a TV, and a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a shower/tub enclosure. Included in this bedroom is a work area with a desk.
Kitchen: has a large island with seating for four, filtered drinking water system, full sized laundry, and a fully appointed kitchen.
Dining area: has a table with seating for six.
Living room: includes comfortable seating, a picture window, a large TV, and a pullout sofa with a queen-sized mattress.
Lanai: extra large screened lanai with table and seating.

Read by the pool with one of our many books, enjoy family time playing one of our board games, or doing one of our puzzles. Set up at the beach with our provided beach gear. Park your car in your reserved, covered parking spot close to the unit’s front door.

The Blind Pass property has many amenities including:

Two tennis and pickleball courts (equipment can be checked out from the clubhouse).
Kayaks to borrow for use in the bayou where you can fish or observe shorebirds, manatees, and alligators.
Shell station: After a day at the beach, you can stop at our shell washing station, or create memories sitting on the Blind Pass Adirondack chair.
