Enhanced Units have up-to-date furnishings, including mattresses, throughout and are well-appointed.This completely renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo was completed in January 2018. After 6 months of renovations, this second-floor unit has everything you need to make your stay wonderful. There are plenty of pillows and blankets for everyone. The beds and pillows have been zip-covered and the beds have extra mattress covers and sheet protectors on them. The mattresses in both bedrooms are Euro-top Sealy Posturepedic. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a huge master en-suite. The master bath has a tub with a glass door enclosure and spa shower head. The master bath also has 2 separate vanities with quartz countertops. The second bedroom has 2 full beds. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass enclosure with a spa shower head. There are also 2 sinks in the guest bathroom with quartz countertops.  Each of the bedrooms have 36-inch Smart TVs and blue ray players with upgraded cable. The living room has a real leather couch and loveseat and an oversized chair and ottoman. The couch also has a queen sleeper sofa with a pillow-top mattress. The living room has a 55-inch Smart TV with a blue ray player and upgraded cable. The condo also has high speed internet. The flooring is upgraded plush carpet throughout except for the kitchen and bathrooms. There is a full-sized stackable front loader washer and dryer. The kitchen is a gourmet kitchen through and through. Equipped with an oversized stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator, double stainless steel convection ovens, and Exotic Blue Bahia granite throughout. There is also a stainless steel large microwave, stove, dishwasher, and double stainless steel sink with a push-button commercial grade garbage disposal. Everything you could possibly need to make any kind of meal has been thought of and supplied. The dining table has chair seating and bench seating making it spacious and fun. The lanai has custom terrazzo floors and the best view in the community. Overlooking the pool with an unobstructed view, it is a wonderful place to watch your family and friends swim while you enjoy the sunset.The housekeeping staff adheres to a rigorous and detailed cleaning protocol to keep our visitors safe and rentals clean.
