C109 is an Enhanced Unit: It has undergone major renovations and is equipped with all appliances within hospitality industry standards for life expectancy. It has up-to-date furnishings, including mattresses, throughout and is well appointed.
Blind Pass Condos at Bowman's Beach C109 has a beautiful tropical decor with plantation shutters, ceramic tile plank floors, ceiling fans, high-end furniture and mattresses, and unique artwork and photographs taken on Sanibel. The entrance to the lanai is close to parking, so that unloading is very convenient. C109 is private, yet just a few steps from the huge, luxurious pool.
Bedroom Configurations - 6 maximum
Primary: King Bed
Guest: 2 Queen Beds
Living: Queen Sofa Bed
Primary bedroom: has an en suite bath with a king-size bed, a 43 inch TV, a recliner with a reading light, a full length mirror, and a walk-in closet filled with everything you might need for the beach or pool. The bathroom has a tub and shower with grab bars and raised toilets.
Guest bedroom: has two queen size beds, a 43 inch TV, a comfortable chair with a reading light, and a walk-in closet. The hall bathroom has a walk-in shower with a seat and grab bars. The extended counter has two mirrors with plenty of storage space, and the toilet is raised.
Kitchen: has quartz counter tops, an 8 x 3 feet island with seating for 4, a large capacity LG refrigerator with two ice makers, an LG stove with a ceramic stovetop with an air fryer in the oven, an LG dishwasher with 3 racks, Keurig combo carafe and pod coffee maker, and an abundantly stocked kitchen with built-in trash containers. The large capacity LG washer and dryer are in the hall closet.
Living Area: has a 65 inch TV, two recliners, a sectional with a queen size sofa bed, and a shell cabinet filled with shells found on Sanibel.
Dining Area: has a large table with seating for six plus four bar stools at the adjacent counter. An additional dining table with seating for four is on the connecting lanai.

Simply wonderful!
We stayed here for a week and it was just wonderful. Everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation was provided for in the unit, an assortment of beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys etc. The location is perfect, a quick walk to the pristine beach and refreshing pool. A Perfect Place
C 109 is the perfect place for anyone who wants to feel at home while enjoying plush comfortable furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, all necessary beach amenities, a pool just steps away, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets and shell-filled walks on the beach. After all the fun activities enjoy rest-filled nights on new beds and even the pullout sofa couch queen bed is comfortable! A Wonderful Vacation
Our first impressions of the condo were how clean and beautifully decorated. All the appliances were new and everything in good working condition. Loved the open concept where you could cook and still be able to talk and watch TV with the rest of the family. The kitchen was well equipped with a lot of counter and cabinet space. Being on the first floor, this condo was easily accessible making loading and unloading the vehicle a breeze. We loved using the swimming pool. Our stay was quite pleasant. The condo was newly renovated,new furniture and kitchen appliances. The unit was nicely decorated, with new paint and shudders The pool was very close and clean. Beach access is also close with beautiful, private beach. We had a wonderful time staying in this unit. We would recommend a stay here. The owner is very accommodating and friendly.
