F110 is a Standard Unit: A Standard Unit is a clean, comfortable condominium with basic amenities.This is a beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath unit on the paradise island of Sanibel.  It is a first-floor unit with screened porch conveniently located near the pool area, grills, and one of the two tennis courts.  The kitchen has granite countertops, cooktop range and is well stocked with all necessary cooking needs including a slow cooker.  The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and there are two queen-sized beds in the second bedroom.  A queen-size sleeper sofa adds extra sleeping space in the living room.  There is cable television in each bedroom and the living room.  Wireless internet service is also provided.  There are tile floors throughout the unit.   The grounds are covered in luscious vegetation and provide many amenities: pool, tennis, kayaks, canoes, grills and a short walk to a beach filled with shell treasures.   Though there is much to do on the grounds of Blind Pass, there are also many wonderful attractions nearby:  Ding Darling and other nature refuges, marinas for fishing, boating and water activities, unique shops, stage and movie theatres, galleries, historic village and, of course, many delicious restaurants.  We welcome you to our “home away from home” and know that you will enjoy this respite as much as we do.The housekeeping staff adheres to a rigorous and detailed cleaning protocol to keep our visitors safe and rentals clean. Our guests can rest assured that our condos are cleaned and sanitized for their protection so that they can truly relax and enjoy Sanibel Island.
