C-209 is a gorgeous quiet second story unit with elegant comfortable beachy décor.
You enter into the spacious and sunny great room that overlooks lush palm and banana trees, and includes brand new 55 inch smart TV with sound bar, leather recliner and queen sleeper sofa. This room flows into the bright dining room with ceiling fan and steps onto the screened-in lanai. The lanai has new solid teak furniture/cushions/pillows, woven flooring, tropical vegetation for privacy, view of pool and faces the sunrise. The two bedrooms plus Q sleeper/sofa comfortably accommodate 6. Bedrooms are located on either side of the great room. King master bedroom suite has a newly renovated bathroom with walk in shower, quartz counter; generous walk-in closet, reading nook, view to pool, TV, ceiling fan. Second bedroom newly decorated, has two twin beds with brand new headboards, TV, ceiling fan, easy access outlets for device charging, landscaped palm fronds filter sunlight through corner windows. Fully equipped kitchen with new quartz counters, filtered drinking water system with small faucet (no need to lug jugs of water from the store), Keurig, place setting for 8, BBQing utensils and basket, spacious pantry, stacked washer/dryer, bright window into courtyard, and faces the evening sky.
The gate to the heated pool and deck and club house is just a few steps from the unit. The club house is open during office hours and staff is helpful to assist with questions and will provide free kayak and tennis equipment. C-209 is a mere 500 steps to one of the most beautiful beaches and includes all beach items- cart, lightweight chairs with back carrying straps, umbrella with screw anchor, toys, noodles, cooler. We pay attention to details such as matching dishes, silverware and glassware, bedding and decor. Some of the nice things about this unit are quality, comfortable, tasteful decor, bright natural lighting, short walk over the bayou to the beach, proximity to the pool/clubhouse, views of tropical landscape through every window, lanai privacy, back pack style beach chairs and all the gear you need for the beach.

 The housekeeping staff adheres to a rigorous and detailed cleaning protocol to keep our visitors safe and rentals clean. For further protection, a commercial anti-viral fogger is used in-between rentals, and to comply with CDC guidelines we have provided a Sanitizer and hand soap for your use while you stay. Our guests can rest assured that our condos are cleaned and sanitized for their protection so that they can truly relax and enjoy Sanibel Island.
