Enhanced Units have up-to-date furnishings, including mattresses, throughout and are well-appointed.Our guest's safety is a top priority at Blind Pass Condos.Welcome to Paradise with a home away from home feel.  This unit features over 1300 square feet of living space with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and just a few steps from the large community heated pool.  The unique expansive split floor plan has an updated kitchen with an expanded breakfast bar which opens to a well lit living area.  The kitchen is well stocked with new utensils, dishware, glass and barware, pots and pans, traditional or modern Keurig coffee makers and other kitchen gadgets you might need.  The unit has secure high speed WiFi and the main living area includes entertainment with a large Smart HDTV, DVD player, a stereo including a CD player, puzzles and board games.  Your master bedroom includes 2 queen beds, a Smart HDTV with cable access and a newly renovated en-suite bathroom featuring a double sink.  The guest room has a queen bed with a full size twin daybed, Smart HDTV with cable access and easy access to a newly renovated second bathroom with a walk-in shower.  This unit's screened lanai is accessible via two sliding glass doors which allow access from the dining or living areas. The lanai features an extended area with ample room for relaxing and dining overlooking beautiful landscaping and tropical pool views.  Be certain to take advantage of the private beach access via a wooden foot bridge over the Bayou  through tropical views and island mangroves, which is less than a 5 minute walk from your door. You will have access to many extras to enhance your vacation including, shelling tools, many beach and water toys and fishing poles, 2 beach coolers, 8 beach chairs, a beach wagon and umbrella.  Other essentials include a private full size washer and dryer, ironing board, in-room small safe for valuables, hairdryers, dedicated covered parking with additional guest parking and the on site rental office. If you like activity and action, then you will love the on site paddle boards, canoes and kayaks for use in the Bayou, 2 tennis courts, pickle ball courts, bicycle racks at your building, gas grilling picnic area near the clubhouse and a shelling station by the beach access.We have been coming to the Sanibel for over 20 years, and Blind Pass Condominiums was hands down our choice for a conveniently located vacation home.  The property has a friendly, relaxing atmosphere and is just a foot path away from one of the most beautiful beaches and spectacular shelling.  It truly is a unique experience and we hope you enjoy your vacation.
