F205 is a Standard Unit: A Standard Unit is a clean, comfortable condominium with basic amenities.

The F Building is conveniently located between the pool and private beach access.
This townhouse unit occupies the second and third floors which provide privacy and quiet and two spacious Lanais with views of the courtyard and tennis court. Also covered parking with an assigned spot keeps your vehicle out of the elements.

The décor, artwork, and furnishings create a sense of island living for your getaway stay while the amenities for practical living are present.

Unit F205 has free high-speed internet and a smart TV in the spacious comfortable living room area. Among the furnishings are a “sleeper” sofa to accommodate extra guests. It joins the dining room area that features a pass-through window to the kitchen. A modern half bath, laundry area equipped with full-size washer and dryer, and storage closet for beach toys round out the lower first level.

Upstairs your children or guests will have their own bedroom equipped with twin beds and new television. You can pull out a stow-away cot for extra sleepers. Remember if extra cribs or baby needs are required Sanibel Rental can provide these items.
A separate full bathroom is there for their use.

The master suite has new TV and a King Size bed and a private bath with a walk-in shower.

The second lanai off the master suite offers a nice view over the rooftops of Blind Pass Condominiums of the flora and fauna of this amazing island.

Best of all perhaps are the morning sunrises that bathe the master bedroom in sunshine and warmth on so many days of the year.

When you are ready for a walk on the vast white sands of Sanibel Beaches, replete with fresh shells each tide, you will not cross any roads to get there. Just stroll a short way through the common area across a wooden footbridge that crosses Clam Bayou. You can also fish off the bridge. Look closely into the slow-moving waters and maybe catch a glance at a manatee, jumping fish, or any number of marine life that thrive in the warm coastal streams. You can birdwatch or use the canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards available on site. 

Once on the beach, you may see practitioners of the Sanibel Stoop. That's the nickname for shell collectors as they bend into their work and gather their bounty. Take your fishing gear and cast in from the beach. Look for Dolphins cresting the surf as they swim the coastline of their natural habitat.

Bring your own collections back to the unit after stopping at the shelling station to wash the sand and dirt from your sea-borne treasures. Remember no live shells and if you happen upon a sea turtle nest steer clear away and allow nature's tenacious mothers to hatch their young for the days when they make their courageous crawl to the sea.

Take in the nearby restaurants of Captiva Island only a short bicycle ride or drive from F205. Bike rentals are available at Blind Pass Condos. Then watch for the “Green Flash” of the sun setting into the Gulf.
If you are curious and want to explore the nearby outer islands, connect with one of the available day cruise tours.

 Don t feel up to taking in the many great restaurants close by? Then cook in some night and use the many gas grills available in the open courtyard outside the unit.

Ding Darling Preserve is close enough to bike to from the Bike Path. Then hike or kayak your way through.
