Amazing Condo!
First visit to the island and it did not disappoint. The condo was amazing, so well-stocked and every detail well thought out. The weather was great - a bit windy this week though. We got many bide ride adventures in during the week, as well as shelling trips to Blind Pass most every early morning. Went to Ding Darling twice; so beautiful there! Saw spoonbills roosting in trees. They were a target bird for us on this trip, so it was fantastic to spot them. Thank you for sharing your condo with us - we would like to return to the same spot for next year - hoping for 2 weeks and some good low tide periods! Low tide this week was always in the 2 a.m. time slot. Thanks again!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot
Our week in Sanibel was exactly the beautiful, nature-themed family vacation we wanted--and staying at F101 was the perfect home base for our outdoor adventures. The beds were comfy, the decor is lovely, and we used the kitchen daily to cook and enjoy family meals together. The beach and pool toys were used daily by my kids; we made ample use of many resources in the condo to help us identify local birds, shells, and other wildlife. F101's proximity to Ding Darling made it easy for us to visit 5 times for bird watching and gator spotting! We spent daily time at the beach, enjoying the waves, shelling, and keeping our eye out for a pod of dolphins that swam by on several of our days there. Overall, our family identified over 2 dozen species of birds and wildlife that we don't normally see in the midwest! When we returned indoors each evening, we also enjoyed playing family games (available for use in the condo). I highly recommend F101 as a home base for families like ours who want to enjoy the outdoors but who also want the comforts and conveniences of a lovely condo.

Back in our Happy Place!
We have been coming to Sanibel for 40 years. My husband got me hooked and we will have been married 35 years. This is our first time back in two years, and we have missed it so much. This is our Happy Place! We stayed two weeks; the first week our daughter joined us and she and her father went deep-sea fishing and had a blast...me lol (shelled) fishing not for me! This is our second time at your condo and we love it! The upgrades were nice, location was perfect. If you could get rid of the no-see-ums, which loved my daughter, it would be perfect! Thank you for sharing, your condo is lovely. We have stayed in many over the years and are really happy with yours.

Nice location and decor.
This was our second visit to Sanibel and Blind-Pass Condos. After falling in love with the unit the island and this property seven years ago, we decided to return. Our second time around did not disappoint! Thanks for sharing your beautifully decorated place with us. While most of our time was spent outdoors, this condo was a very nice place to be in when taking a break from the sun. The screened in patio was perfect for morning coffee and late night chilling. We love the quiet and wildly natural feel of Blind-Pass and the surrounding area. It's amazing how much wildlife you see just on the property. When we arrived a bobcat greeted us in the parking area. We saw a bald eagle in the tree down the path to the beach. A baby alligator hung out in the bayou and 4 manatees were spotted almost daily. Not sure when we'll get a chance to return but if we do we'll gladly stay in F101 again!

Much needed relaxation!
I’ve been coming to Sanibel almost yearly since I was five years old and for the last fifteen years have been staying in F101. This condo has a cozy, traditional Sanibel feel that is a home away from home. The colors and decor are relaxing yet energizing at the same time. The display of shells throughout the condo are incredible and always inspire me to get out on the beach to find my own. The owners do a wonderful job providing an abundance of reading material on the different shells and wild life on the island as well as a large selection of children's books for kid’s curious about the ocean and sea life. A week at a time here never seems like enough time!

Happy Customers
My wife, Laura, and I had a tremendous vacation. Our condo unit was exceptionally clean, very well appointed with everything you need (including all the beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, a wagon to lug it around, etc.). We decided to return in 2027, but to a 3 bedroom unit so we can have family come for a few days to enjoy the Florida sunshine! The management staff were very professional and helpful. It was just what the doctor ordered.

Great Unit!
We have been to Sanibel several times, but this is the first time to come down in April. The condo is more like staying in a home more than a rental. We found everything better than imagined. The location to the beach is fabulous. We enjoyed walking over the bridge. We spotted a a gator that did not entertain us, did not see a manatee, however most afternoons we saw an eagle perched in a tree. We spent everyday at the beach, sometimes night and then sunshine, low humidity and a nice breeze everyday of the week, It didn't take long to get on island time. We will defiantly return here. Thank you for sharing your little bit of heaven.

F101-The Perfect Vacation Wrapped In a Seashell!!
F101 at Blind Pass Condominium is the epitome of tropical relaxation! From the moment you open the main entry door you feel at ease. The tropical colors and decor is just so enjoyable you can't help but feel at home. We stayed an entire week and it felt way too short! We spent every day shelling and basking in the sunshine on their beautiful sandy beach. The condo had these perfect chair floats that allowed my partner and I to float in the ocean as we watched the most breathtaking sunset you will ever see. The night sky was so clear that you could pinpoint many constellations. We went kayaking and found the perfect shelling beach! One day while heading to the beach we saw manatees while crossing the bridge, it was the most adorable thing ever. We went on multiple excursions like a boat tour with Sanibel Thriller, where you can watch dolphins play and learn all about the island's history, parasailing with YOLO was incredible and the Tour at CROW was such a heart warming and eye opening experience! The restaurants have great food and amazing service (everything was so close it gave us time to do plenty). Some of my favorite places to eat were The Key Lime Bistro, Over Easy Cafe, The Mucky Duck and Doc Fords. Every night ended the same with stargazing and then returning to our tropical haven to sort through all of our little treasures. It was so much fun having access to all of the reading material at the Condo, it helped us identify all the shells we found and what to look for on our next adventure. From the the beauty and comfort of the Condo to all of the island adventures, I must say this trip was extraordinary and complete bliss! I can't wait to return!!!!

Wonderful time
For the first time since Ian, we returned to stay at Blind Pass in one of our favorite units, F101. We were delighted to find Sanibel had returned to its former beauty with green landscapes, quiet surroundings, and gorgeous beach F101 had been restored and renewed , providing clean, comfortable, and lovely well-equipped accommodations. The staff and management were especially friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next island visit.
