G203 is an ENHANCED Unit: It has undergone major renovations and is equipped with all appliances within hospitality industry standards for life expectancy. The unit has up-to-date furnishings, including mattresses, throughout and is well appointed. 

Blind Pass Condo G203: This two-bedroom, two-bath large second-floor very clean condo is on the quiet west side of Sanibel adjacent to Blind Pass Beach. Our building, "G," is the closest building to beach access. Bowman's Beach is noted for incredible sunsets and great shelling! The unit has been totally updated and includes a fully- equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven, ceiling fans, linens, beach equipment including towels, umbrella, cooler, and chairs. Full-size washer and dryer in unit. The complex includes a large heated pool, BBQ grills, tennis courts and canoes and kayaks for use on Clam Bayou. The condo includes one reserved covered parking spot and limited parking for additional vehicles.

Primary bedroom: 1 king bed
Guest bedroom 2 full beds
Living room: 1 queen sleeper sofa

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The Master Suite includes king bed, private bathroom with step-in shower. The guest bedroom includes two full-size beds. Guest bathroom has a full-size bathtub/ shower combination. The sofa in the family room has a queen size pull out bed.

Kitchen: The beautifully renovated kitchen has plenty of storage space and is open to the living area; it has a large island with stools.

Dining and Living Room: The dining table easily seats six; the living room has two sofas (including sleeper sofa) for your comfort. Large picture windows with plantation shutters offer views of tropical foliage.
