Our unit is in the closest building to the awesome, private stretch of Bowman's Beach in Blind Pass Condominiums, which is located on a secluded, natural beach with great shelling, fine white sand, tropical water and vistas, and stunning sunsets. It is an end unit on the 2nd floor and sleeps 6. The condo’s renovation and refurnishing was completed in December 2017. It was gutted down to the studs; all plumbing, electrical infrastructure, AC, walls, ceilings, decor, furniture, appliances, bathrooms, kitchen, cabinets, counter tops, lighting, etc. have been replaced professionally by a local custom home builder and the owners. The one-floor, open layout consists of a great room with kitchen, dining area and living room with large flat screen, wall mounted TV. Bedrooms on each side of the great room each have a ceiling fan and flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The spacious guest room contains one queen size bed, one full size bed and walk-in closet with a full bathroom across the hallway that has a bathtub/shower. The kitchen features granite counter tops including a large island, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and all customary large and small appliances as well as table settings for eight or more. The condo has a washer and dryer, 3 flat screen TVs, DVD player, Netflix, cable TV, living room ceiling fan, free WiFi, phone with free calling within the continental US, books, games, beach chairs, beach cart, tennis rackets, beach blanket, umbrellas, 2 skimboards, noodles, inflatable rafts, beach toys, balls, Frisbees, and other beach gear, pack 'n play (portable playpen), high chair booster seat, etc. Blind Pass is the northernmost condo complex on Sanibel with convenient proximity to Captiva Island. Free use of the condo's two tennis courts, Pickleball, and canoes & kayaks in the "Clam Bayou" that offers phenomenal bird watching and fishing opportunities. One designated parking space for the condo and ample additional convenient parking are available.
The housekeeping staff adheres to a rigorous and detailed cleaning protocol to keep our visitors safe and rentals clean. For further protection, a commercial anti-viral fogger is used in-between rentals, and to comply with CDC guidelines we have provided a Sanitizer and hand soap for your use while you stay. Our guests can rest assured that our condos are cleaned and sanitized for their protection so that they can truly relax and enjoy Sanibel Island.
