We are surrounded by multi-million dollar homes…not other condominiums. Our closest “neighbors” are the wildlife that make their homes in the protected refuge bordering the property. The park-like grounds feature a heated pool, two tennis courts & five outdoor gas grills.Our place—unit G102—is situated on the ground floor in the building closest to the beach and features an oversized, open deck and patio area. The short, 3-4 minute walk to the Gulf is delightful because there’s always something to see on the way…Osprey overhead in their nests, herons or ibis feeding along the shore of the bayou, manatee frolicking, and even the occasional alligator! Our place is a guest favorite because we take great pride in how it is maintained, furnished, and equipped. Recent improvements include the installation of tile floors, granite counters, new furniture, lighting, and ultra-high-speed wireless access. For your comfort, beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, cooler & a wheeled beach cart are provided; and an assortment of games, beach toys, books & DVDs ensures you’ll have plenty to keep you entertained. Plus, our guests also have complimentary use of kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards for exploring the adjacent mangrove-lined bayou.We invite you to share our Island home for your vacation on Sanibel Island.The housekeeping staff adheres to a rigorous and detailed cleaning protocol to keep our visitors safe and rentals clean. Our guests can rest assured that our condos are cleaned and sanitized for their protection so that they can truly relax and enjoy Sanibel Island.
