Welcome to our home away from home. Ground level access. Come enjoy the beauty and wonder of Sanibel Island. This is where our family comes to unwind, relax, yet stay in touch with the outside world and enjoy modern conveniences.  The unit is set up to be comfortable and enjoy the serenity and beauty of the paradise at Blind Pass - Sanibel. Our unit is steps away from the large pool, if not the largest, and best-maintained pool on the island.  A private bridge to the beach in our complex leads directly to natural unspoiled Bowman’s Beach.  This is the best shelling beach in South Florida.  The sugar sand, sea grapes, egrets, American Eagles, alligators and Manatees, are sometimes seen on a short walk to the beach across Clam Bayou.  For young ones, there is an activity park with slides and swings just up the beach at the Lee Co. public portion of Bowman’s Beach Park.  The Blind Pass complex has two permanent tennis courts and also offers the use of kayaks to explore the sheltered bayou. Gas Grills are located behind the office for cooking out lunch or dinner.
Our  “Expanded Tahitian” has a carpeted master bedroom furnished with a king-size bed, dresser, two nightstands with reading lamps on either side of the bed. Two reading chairs have a lamp away from the bed if you prefer to sit up to read.  A 32” flat-screen TV, with a DVD player, is located in this bedroom for viewing pleasure.  Plenty of open closet space with hangers is available to store your luggage and hang the clothing you packed to bring or place in the dresser.
The carpeted living area has two swivel chairs and a large sectional sofa gathered around a 50” flat-screen TV with Blu Ray DVD player.  Three handmade snack tables are nestled under the sofa table. Second Tier Preferred Cable TV service is provided to both TVs.  A small CD player with a radio is adjacent to the large flat-screen TV.  A DVD collection is provided under the TV. Many renters have left various books on the bookshelf heading out to the pool. There are two excellent Bookstores on the island if you wish to find new bestsellers.  The view out of the Living Room windows looks directly at the pool which is within 20 steps out the back door of a full screened-in lanai.  The lanai has a breakfast table with two chairs underneath an overhead fan and two separate sitting chairs with side tables to enjoy the evening breeze or your morning coffee. 
Three Ceiling fans are centered in the main rooms to help with air movement on those days when the windows and screen doors are used.  The main entry door has a screen door which may be used in conjunction with the window screens to provide added air circulation if the temperature should allow.
The second bedroom has a dresser and two queen size beds with a night table and lamp in between them.  This room has a separate open closet space available to hang clothes, noodles for the pool, a card table and chairs, a beach cart and several beach chairs, and a beach umbrella for your use and enjoyment.  The adjacent second bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The Dining area and fully equipped kitchen feature hardwood flooring.  Dining table seats 6 with a glass top covering the table. Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, and Refrigerator. Full Wi-Fi Internet with plenty of bandwidth.
Hang your hat on the rack at the door when you arrive.  The biggest decision you have to make is whether to go to the pool or the beach. Abundant restaurants are available for your evening meal if you choose not to cook while enjoying paradise.  Pick up a restaurant guide in the office and determine what sounds good for the evening meal. Baileys General store or Jerry’s Market are excellent sources of fresh vegetables, dry goods or hardware. If you are on the island during Season, the Farmer's Market is fantastic.

The housekeeping staff adheres to a rigorous and detailed cleaning protocol to keep our visitors safe and rentals clean. Our guests can rest assured that our condos are cleaned and sanitized for their protection so that they can truly relax and enjoy Sanibel Island.
