Either a $300 minimum advance deposit or 20% of the rental rate, whichever is greater, will hold your reservation

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons per 2 bedroom unit / 8 persons per 3 bedroom unit

Travel Insurance is available through CSA Travel Protection. It is automatically calculated and added to your rental rate upon booking. The plan is optional but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protects your vacation investment. IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO PURCHASE THIS COVERAGE NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. You can decline the coverage by signing the waiver form enclosed with your Confirmation and returning it to Blind Pass 30 days prior to arrival.
